- We require your name and contact information so that we can reach you if necessary.
- Guests are responsible for respecting shared spaces and showing consideration for other guests at Bunge Hostel. You are not allowed to accommodate more people in the room than stated at the time of booking. All guests must be listed at the time of booking.
- You must review the booking confirmation and report any discrepancies immediately. If you have complaints about the room or other areas of the hostel, contact the hostel manager immediately so that we can resolve any issues or problems.
- Any allergies should be mentioned at the time of booking so that we can provide the appropriate room.
- Guests must clean the room before departure unless another arrangement has been made. Final cleaning can be purchased if desired. If cleaning is not performed, a fee of SEK 500 may be charged.
- Lost keys must be compensated by the guest with a minimum of SEK 300.
Good to Know
- Pets: Dogs are allowed.
- Check-in: Guests will receive an SMS the day before arrival with check-in information.
- Check-out: Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM.
- Parking: Free parking is available during your stay. Parking is only allowed in designated areas. It is possible to charge electric cars using a 220 V adapter.
- Smoking: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed in designated areas.
- WiFi: Free internet access throughout the facility.
- Cancellation on Arrival Day: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of arrival.
