Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy via Our Website/Phone

• If cancelled more than one week prior to arrival, a handling fee of SEK 100 will be charged.
• If cancelled less than one week prior to arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded.
• If cancelled on the day of arrival, no refund will be issued. This also applies to no-shows.

Booking via External Booking Channels

Cancellations must be made directly through the channel where you completed your booking. Please refer to the cancellation policy in the booking confirmation you received from the respective booking channel. Cancellation policies may vary for services such as booking.com, STF, etc.
